From a passion for craftsmanship and a drive for perfection, I wanted to become a Plastic and Aesthetic Surgeon even before starting my studies. I owe my mentors and companions an excellent education, which allowed me to work in this field well before completing my specialist training and to perform plastic and hand surgery on-call duties within the SAV system.
Due to my personal vision of modern medicine that stays close to the patient, I wanted to create my own working environment. I decided to renovate an existing practice and established an operating room with air cleanliness class Ib, including overnight facilities, at Bremer Str. 12 in Oldenburg.
This makes the clinic one of the most advanced in the region in terms of patient safety and surgical hygiene. Through a great deal of personal effort and with the help of my team of craftsmen, a modern private clinic was created. This project has been a matter of the heart for me from the very beginning, and it fills me with great joy, pride, and humility to be able to offer my services in my hometown.

Studied Human Medicine at Ruhr University Bochum.
2015
Completion of doctoral thesis and attainment of the Doctor of Medicine (Dr. med.) degree.
2015–2017
Residency (Common Trunk) in the Department of General and Visceral Surgery, Pius Hospital Oldenburg; Head Physician: PD Dr. D. Weyhe.
2017–2019
Further training in Plastic Surgery at the Clinics of the District of Diepholz, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Hand Surgery; Head Physician: Dr. M. Mamarvar.
2019–2022
Completion of specialist training and participation in the BG SAV program at the Department of Plastic, Hand, and Aesthetic Surgery, Borromäus Hospital Leer; Head Physician: Dr. K. Busching.

Planning and founding of the Private Clinic for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery – Dr. Million. Dr. Million is the owner and holds both the medical and administrative management of the clinic.
As part of my extensive training, I was entrusted early on by my superiors to independently perform highly complex surgical procedures.
As a result, I was already working as a surgeon in the on-call system before completing my specialist qualification, at a clinic authorized for severe trauma cases (SAV) in Hand and Plastic Surgery.
I can rely on a broad range of experience in emergency management to ensure the safety of my patients.
Through continuous participation in national and international congresses and symposia, I maintain regular professional exchange with internationally recognized plastic surgeons.
I am constantly working on learning new and improved surgical techniques, combining them with my own experience, and perfecting them to achieve optimal results for my patients.
As a specialist in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, I am an active member of the German Society for Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery (DGPRÄC).
In addition to running my private clinic, I am committed to improving patient education and regularly give educational lectures on my specialty — including on the topic of lipedema.
